Built 4 The Moment LLC ("Built 4 The Moment," "we," "us," or "our") is a South Dakota limited liability company and a subsidiary of Blue Cipher Holdings.

By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who may use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a program or product. Younger readers may use the free reading pages with a parent or guardian.
The free reading experience
The guide, the action sheet, and the reading pages are provided for personal use. You may read and print them for yourself. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them without a written license. See the Name, Image, and Likeness License.
Programs, products, and payment
Paid programs and products are offered from time to time and are sold through the checkout shown at the point of purchase. The price, billing period, and what is included are shown there before you pay. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge shown. Refund and cancellation terms, where offered, are stated at checkout.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your own copies of anything you need.
Intellectual property
The content, frameworks, names, and materials on the Services belong to Built 4 The Moment or its licensors and are protected by law. Your use of the Services does not transfer any ownership to you.
Messaging
If you opt in to text messages, the SMS and Text Messaging Terms apply. Email and other electronic communication follow the Anti-Spam Policy.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided as is. Educational content does not guarantee any result. See the Earnings and Results Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Built 4 The Moment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the six months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Built 4 The Moment and Blue Cipher Holdings harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@Built4TheMoment.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
