The short version
This site is a free reading experience. It does not ask you to sign up, opt in, or pay for anything. There is no email capture, no account creation, and no checkout anywhere on this site. The one exception is the contact form, covered below.
The guide and action sheet are meant to be read or printed. You never have to submit answers anywhere.
What this site collects
One exception: the contact form. If you send a message through the contact form, your name, email, and message are saved to Michelle's records so she can reply. That is the only thing this site collects by choice, and only when you send it. Nothing is automated: no sequence, no drip, no marketing.
Reading other pages on this site does not create a lead record, marketing profile, or anything you would need to ask us to remove.
Like most websites, the platform that hosts this site (Votel) may keep standard technical logs (such as the pages requested and basic request information) for security and delivery. We do not sell or share that data for advertising.
If you have questions about this page, use the contact form on the contact page.
When you send a message
When you use the contact form or send a DM, you choose what you share. The contact form saves your name, email, and message so Michelle can reply. Nothing is automated: no sequence, no drip, no marketing. A direct message or a form message is not a subscription. Nothing here auto-enrolls you into anything.
What we do NOT do
- No email capture or opt-in.
- No retargeting or advertising pixels on this site.
- No selling of personal data.
- No required review, follow, or disclosure to use the free resources.
Your choices
You can read and print everything without giving anything. The contact form is optional: it exists if you want a reply. If you later choose to DM or email, sharing is optional and you control what you share.
