Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@Built4TheMoment.com and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is on the Services.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
Our response
We will review a valid notice and may remove or disable access to the material. If we remove content in response to a notice, the person who posted it may send a counter-notice with the same contact information and a statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content and limit access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
